Since its planning for establishment of technical center in 2016, BDK has preliminarily finished the construction of technical innovation base and put it into use. BDK’s technical center, which’s situated in BDK Cultural and Creative Industry Park, will carry out technical innovation and R&D works. It’s expected to accomplish BDK’s technical innovation, technical development and launch of technical products during the ‘13th Five-Year Plan’, and strive build and realize collaborative innovation model that integrates policy, industry, university, institute and application.
BDK will take building of enterprise technical center as the place to start, explicitly include technical innovation into core strategic layout of the ‘13th Five-Year Plan’, persist in innovation-driven strategy, and build a multi-platform technical innovation system based on municipal level enterprise technical center and characterized by interconnectivity of the company and outside world as well as complementary advantages. It intends to establish joint laboratories with Beijing University of Chemical Industry, Communication University of China, Sinosoft and other higher institutions and research institutes successively. It will strive to establish a multi-level and multi-channel technical innovation mechanism through industry-university-institute cooperation, industrial alliance and technical achievement transformation platform service, increase input in R&D, optimize innovation environment, improve operating mechanism, and create a new path for technical innovation-driven enterprise transformation and synergy.
