Recently, BDK successfully completed Chengde Radio and TV Station’s OB van (hereinafter refer to as ‘Chengde OB van’) modification project, and delivered those vans on time.

In accordance with Chengde Radio and TV Station’s requirements, BDK conducted integrated solution design for the entire system in the course of modification of the OB van. By strengthening the rigidity of van body skeleton of OB van on the basis of original model, the entire vehicle constitutes a secure and seamless square steel welded truss structure, which guarantees the safety needs of entire van body. Besides, on the premise of not changing overall performance of original vehicle, BDK conducted integrated design for the brand selection and system solution of on-board platform, audio broadcasting system, audio transmission system, FM transmission system, power supply system, video monitoring system and other auxiliary systems and equipments. All of the products and parts used are in line with the requirements of the company’s quality management standard, the national standards of the People’s Republic of China, related industrial standards promulgated by State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television and related international standards.

This OB van works well under different complicated climates, and it has excellent thermal insulation, rain proof and moisture proof properties, which can ensure the safe driving of the vehicle on grade Ⅲ roads and under. The noise level will not affect the broadcast of broadcaster, and the vibration of vehicle will not affect the normal operation of different equipments during the ride. The OB van boasts of well-balanced on-board equipments, reasonable front and rear axle weight and balance, separated power supply lines and signal lines without interference, equipments with excellent performance and sound functions, over 6 hours of uninterrupted power supply, earth leakage protection as well as environmental, comfortable and beautiful interior, which all meet various national and industrial standards and BDK’s ex-factory requirements of special purpose vehicles.
